β˜… If there’s anything incorrect or not up to your expectations in my work or sketches, please inform me so, I can make the necessary adjustments.

β˜… you can ask for progress at any time; however, do NOT overdo it since, it can be frustrating to me.
β˜… do not rush me as I have a life outside of commissions & have other things to concern myself over.
β˜… The Product received by Client is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.
β˜… Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space; In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space. failure to do so WILL lead to being permanently blacklisted.
β˜… Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees
β˜… Seller has the right to refuse the commissions.
β˜… Seller hasthe right to cancel and refund the money for the commission at any time.
β˜… No major changes can be made after line art and base colours have been confirmed.
β˜… Seller reserves the right to post the artwork to any social media platforms, so if you wish for me not to publicize your commission please let the seller know in the google form.
β˜… only contact me on my listed contacts for commissions/free art requests; otherwise, it will be ignored.
β˜… Client accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.
β˜… do not do any big edits on my work in any circumstances. If it's something that makes my uncomfortable, its an instant blacklist

β˜… Seller has full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork.

β˜… Please, state upfront exactly why you are messaging me; don't just say "hi" or "hey". If you have a question, just ask it outright. Messages are for questions and commission inquiries only. Messages not related to questions or commissions will be ignored.

β˜… When you commission me I ask you the following:
- reference of the character
- pose & expression
- outfit (if the reference doesn't have the outfit you want)
- details of how you want your commission to look like
β˜… There will be two re-visionary periods; one after the sketch (major changes allowed) and another after completion (minor changes only).
β˜… Client agree that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Client, after the final payment has been received by the seller.CANCELLATIONS
β˜… Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund, without giving reasons to the client.
β˜… Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order.
β˜… Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
β˜… The following list displays the different stages of the commission and the refund rates for all commission types:
Sketch (A rough sketch of clients ideas.) = 80% refund
Detailed sketch (Polished, fine line piece.) = 65% refund
Flat colours (Detailed sketch but, with colors & no rendering) = 60% refund
Minimal rendering (Describes shading that is incomplete/barely progressed.) = 50% refund
Full rendering (polished finished work) = no refundpayment
